Would you like to meet up?

Pam and Nicky Lintott will be at their Quilt Room stand (G25) and would be delighted to see any JRQ.com members.

Why not use this group to coordinate your diaries, so you can arrange to meet other online friends on the day or days that you are going?

Remember to use your normal levels of commonsense when organising a meet up with someone you've only chatted with online. However, you should be prefectly safe in a hall full of excited quilters (safe from cyber weirdos, that is, but not necessarily safe from being trampled...).

Comment by chris on August 12, 2011 at 15:49: I will be at the NEC tomorrow, landing with bmi at 13.15 and will get to the stand first. I would love to meet up with you and anyone else who makes it! I planned on flying in the morning, but with two kids and all, I simply do not make it to the airport that soon... bummer! Well, at least I get to go at all, and I am very excited as I have never been to the Festival before. It took all my nerve to enter a quilt into the show, as I am not that seasoned yet, but I just loved the great organization and personal care of the Festival team, it was so much fun! So hope to see you tomorrow!
